Mike Saedlo
Mike began his career in 1966,
in the Restaurant Industry as an employee while in High School.
After graduation he continued to work at all levels of management to
become, in 1975, one of the youngest District and Regional Managers in
the Industry.
In 1985 he opened his first Philadelphia Mike deli in Bethesda, Maryland
and expanded the concept to 14 locations. He sold operational interest
in Philadelphia Mike and joined CapStar Commercial Realty in Rockville
in 1999. In 2006 Mike founded the Mike Saedle Group.
Mike has been associated as a
teacher and facilitator with the "Institute for the Advancement of
Service" in Old Town, Alexandria for the past 25 years. The institute
designs and trains workshop in personal development and leadership
skills.
He has taught Real Estate for
Prudential Carruthers Realtors in Bethesda and Gaithersburg training
facilities. He is a licensed Commercial Real Estate agent. In 2008, He
along with Ed Curry, founded the Saedlo Curry Group to serve the
Washington D.C. Area business community.

Edward Vincent Curry Jr.
Mr. Curry received his BA and Juris Doctorate from Fordham University in
New York. He began his professional career as Professional Staff member
for the Chairman Of The Merchant Marine Committee of the United States
Congress. He later was the principal founder of the National Mediation
Group which specialized in commercial and domestic mediation. Mr. Curry
sold that company and spent the next twenty years as Business
Development Attorney for the General Electric Company where he
negotiated contracts with thousands of firms ranging in size from
small main street to Fortune 10 companies. During the 1990's he briefly
left GE to serve as the Director Of Marketing for V-One Corp a company
he helped to take public.
Upon leaving GE, Mr. Curry formed The Curry Group LLC a business Broker
firm focused upon providing top quality marketing, sales and contract
negotiation support for select main street to mid market companies. In
2007 The Curry Group merged with the Saedlo group to form the Saedlo-Curry
Group where it is their philosophy to take fewer listings, where the
sellers work with the broker as a team and more energy is applied to
selling every listing.
